About Mark Cairns Artist

Mark draws his inspiration from the idyllic seaside town of Barwon Heads on the Bellarine Peninsula. The Ti-tree lined streets, sculptured shoreline, meandering river banks and magnificent bluff, creating a dress circle by the sea. Mark has been working as a professional artist for over two decades and has had numerous successful solo and group exhibitions locally and in Melbourne galleries. Mark is well known for his coastal subjects with a modern and minimalistic approach to his work.
