About Garden Girl
The What to Plant When Veggie and Herb Guide is a collaboration of two Victorian sisters: self-taught home gardener, Elisabeth Kingman, aka Garden Girl and Geelong Artist, Lisa McGlinchey. Lisa spent over 200 hours hand painting 53 vegetables and herbs in her studio. Each of the 53 herbs and veggies in the planting guide began as an original acrylic painting. Elisabeth and Lisa spent months designing, researching and producing the guide with part proceeds of sales going to food rescue charity, FareShare.
